From Freezer to Table

Thaw Right

Move from freezer to fridge the night before. For same-day thawing, submerge the sealed package in cold water for 30–45 minutes. Never microwave.

Get Your Pan Hot

A hot surface is what gives you caramelisation and a good sear. Preheat your pan for at least 2 minutes before any meat goes in.

Season Early

Salt your meat at least 30 minutes before cooking, or overnight. It draws moisture out and back in — resulting in deeper seasoning and better texture.

Let It Rest

Always rest cooked meat before cutting. At least 5 minutes for chicken, 10 for beef steaks. Cutting too early loses all the juices on the board.
