Ordering
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely using a variety of payment methods including credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@majidfoods.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale ordering?
Yes — if you're interested in bulk purchases, please reach out to us directly at info@majidfoods.com and we'll be happy to discuss options tailored to your needs.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the Southeast United States. Stay tuned as we expand our shipping regions to serve more communities across the country.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 2–3 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to monitor your delivery status in real time.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is important to us.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in cases where:
- Items arrive damaged or spoiled
- Incorrect items were received
- Products are unsafe to consume
Please note: products may arrive partially thawed but are still safe to refreeze and consume. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or packages left unattended after delivery.

Are your products halal?
Yes — all Majid Foods products are 100% halal. Our meats are sourced from trusted partners who follow strict halal standards, including hand-slaughtered (Zabiha) practices, and are certified by named independent bodies including HFSAA, HMS, HMA, IFANCA, and ISWA.

Do you carry organic or allergen-free options?
We currently offer select organic options, including organic ground beef and burgers. While not all of our products are organic or allergen-free, we're continuously working to expand our selection — so stay tuned for more options in the future.

Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.
